Course Summary
In this program, students are introduced to the basics of Live sound & Mixing with:
Students will cover a wider scope Introduction to digital mixing consoles, Signals, PAs, and Microphones, the basic principles of EQ and compression and the role they have in shaping your mix, Introduction to Wave, Multitrack recording, Soundcard, patching, rigging, Room Padding, Acoustic, Microphones and Signal dimension, Live digital console mixing, Music Business, Leadership academy, Project Management, Sound Design, etc.
Classes are categorized into 3:
- Beginner,
- Intermediate,
- Advance.
Students will be engaged in fieldwork, internships, and projects.
Students would manage events, concerts mixing, mixing and mastering, installation of sound system for organization, procurement, logistics, etc. Student would partner with existing sound houses to execute project, undertake internship and further traiings from industry leaders.
Software Coverage: Cubase, StudioOne, FL Studio, Digital Mixer, etc.
Lecture Holds: Three times Weekly (on-site)
